Christopher Robert Evans is an American actor. His career began with the roles in TV shows, such as in Opposite Sex, which aired in 2000. Evans was a household name because of his performance as his character, the Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the 2005 film Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans is also seen in films that are based off comics such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). As part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he gained more recognition for his role as Steve Rogers/Captain American. The films was a part of Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier 2014 as well as Captain America: Civil War. Evans also appeared on The Avengers Age of Ultron 2015. Avengers: Infinity War 2018 and Endgame 2019. The Marvel Universe, his character as Steve Rogers/Captain America earned him the title of most highly paid actor in the world.
